Developed over more than two decades, it blends lived experience, therapeutic, practices, nervous system science, and the ancient language of colour into a practical method of clarity, coherence, and self- alignment .

Light Literacy™teaches you how to recognise when perception is distorted, overwhelmed, or fragmented, and offers colour-somatic tools that restore the nervous system's capacity to sense truth, direction, and emotional coherence.

Founder Note:
Light Literacy™ was born from my own journey through Trauma, illness, creative exploration, and an enduring fascination with how light communicates with our nervous system. I became its first Subject long before I offered this work to anyone else. Every tool in this system has been lived, tested, refined, and shaped through real experiences. My intention is simple: to help people reconnect with their inner clarity, the part of them that cannot be manipulated, overwhelmed, or dimmed.
